Yoga found me at the most difficult time of my life. I was dealing with depression, anxiety, and unbearable back pain.​

 

I was engaging in unhealthy coping mechanisms that left me feeling even more drained and unhealthy.​

 

If I kept going the way I was going it would become a downward spiral, so I took up yoga and found healing in a way I didn’t know was possible.​

 

I knew I needed to share this gift of healing with others, so I became a yoga teacher.​​

$125.00 for one person or $250.00 for a group session + mileage outside of the Salt Lake Valley.
