Yoga, Sound Bowls & Soulful Connection in SLC, Sandy & South Jordan
There’s something powerful about being truly seen—and that’s exactly what I felt during my recent brand photo shoot with the incredibly talented Ali Sumsion Photography.
Ali has a gift for capturing authentic, soulful moments, and I’m beyond grateful for the way she helped me visually tell the story of my yoga and sound healing offerings here in the Salt Lake City area. Whether you’re searching for a peaceful yoga class in Sandy, a grounding sound bath in South Jordan, or a blend of both in SLC—these images reflect the heart of what I offer: space to slow down, breathe deep, and reconnect with yourself.
Why I Chose These Photos
This shoot included a mix of headshots, yoga poses, and scenes with my crystal sound bowls. These elements are core to my work and the experience I create for those in our community. I wanted you to see me as I am: approachable, grounded, and here to support you in finding balance through yoga, sound healing, and mindful self-care.
I wore my favorite pair of All the F’s Leggings by Ellak Active for the shoot—because let’s be honest, comfort matters when you’re holding warrior poses and flowing through sound bath sessions.
