The Balanced, Grounded and Connected Workshop

If you’re looking for more grounding, connection to self or others and time for spaciousness then this workshop is for you!

Come enjoy time with others to create a beautiful hanging chakra strand and a relaxing chakra opening yoga class, so you can feel more spacious. 

You will also benefit from a community of like-minded individuals and build deep connections with others.

Chakras are energy centers within the body that relate to the nervous system and allow you to feel more embodied and at ease when they are opened. 


When we move physically we open the chakras or activate the nervous system to release the feel good chemicals in the brain. 


When we use our hands to handcraft something beautiful we give our brain time to reset and be in the present moment and let of stress. 

At this workshop you will get the best of both worlds and do both.

Shauna Flash

Yoga found me at the most difficult time of my life. I was dealing with depression, anxiety, and unbearable back pain.

I was engaging in unhealthy coping mechanisms that left me feeling even more drained and unhealthy.

If I kept going the way I was going it would become a downward spiral, so I took up yoga and found healing in a way I didn’t know was possible.

I knew I needed to share this gift of healing with others, so I became a yoga teacher.

Now I have taught over 1,000 hours of classes and I’m excited to be facilitating this workshop!

It took me too long to finally show up to yoga with Shauna.


A lot of it had to do with time, but really it came down to stepping out of my comfort zone. I was afraid, I didn't know what to expect and I didn't want to be embarrassed.
